The Board meets on the first and third Monday of each month. Meetings begin at 1:00 p.m. and are held in the department conference room at 65 Lafayette Ave, Littleton. Board meetings are open to the public and time is allotted for public comments at each meeting.

Regular Meeting Mar 6, 2023

The regularly scheduled business meeting of the Littleton Water and Light (LWL) Board of Commissioners (BOC) began at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 6, 2023 in the LWL conference room. Present were Commissioner Peter Cooper, Commissioner Ralph Ross, Director of Finance Lori Hogan, and Superintendent Thomas Considine.

MINUTES REVIEW:

The minutes of the February 21, 2023 regularly scheduled Commissioners meeting were reviewed. Commissioner Ross made a motion to accept the minutes as presented, seconded by Commissioner Cooper.

The vote was in favor of the motion 2-0-0

DIRECTOR of FINANCE and HUMAN RESOURCES REPORT:

The auditors from Vachon Clukay completed the inventory verification and other on-site financial data collection. No monetary adjustments or other concerns were identified or suggested by the auditors.

SUPERINTENDENT/ GENERAL MANAGERS REPORT:

1. Convergent Energy & Power solutions are scheduled to present the BOC with and updated presentations regarding a proposed energy storage solution. Convergent is on the BOC agenda for March 20, 2023.

2. AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) equipment that is associated with the pilot continues to be deployed throughout LWL service territory. The initial results are encouraging and several commercial grade meters will be installed over the next week. User training will begin shortly as to how the data collected will be exported to the billing software.

MEETING ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business to come before the board Commissioner Ross made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Commissioner Cooper.

The vote was in favor of the motion 2-0-0.

Meeting adjourned at 1:50 p.m.

The regularly scheduled Commissioner’s meeting is held twice monthly on the first and third Monday, at 1:00 p.m., in the Department’s conference room.
